A person who has vision with no power in hand but with the power to motivate and encourage changes if the clients believe they want changes.
A person who has no hidden agenda with the clients, only want to help/assist the clients to be better, celebrate when the clients get gold, encouraging the clients to be what they aim to be along the way, encourage the clients to become something that even the clients feel it is beyond their ability, a person who help the clients to be very clear in getting what they want, encouraging them to layout plans, specific actions to get there, a person who will just stand there with the words of objective encouragement for the clients to stand up and move on positively.
A person who has no ego to carry bags for the clients to the field in order to observe and give feedbacks. A person who put the clients interest in font of them. A person who gains joy from the clients success and still don’t think that it is his success to bring there; it is the clients ability to get there.
A person who shares the same goal with the clients. The same goal. Make the clients to believe in his ability to get there.
A person who will not show that he is wiser. A person who give information and ask questions to get the client experiencing it . It is just like the client walking on the curvy street sometimes we will not see what ahead until we get at some points. The coach will not have the pictures in mind, but the clients who have it. The coach will guide along the way, while let both enjoy the path of the journey.
A coach is a partner who gives freedom to client to be free to fly as high as he can, but will not fly for them. Aim for the possible outcome not a predictable outcome.
A coach stands for the future of the client. And stick to that future. Concentration is the bridge to get the client cross to another side of the river.
A coach listens to their greatness and celebrate to let the coachee realize that greatness while have empathy to the shortfalls.
